On Sunday, January 10th – songstress Nicki MinaJ and Teen Mom reality star Farrah Abraham got into a heated Twitter fight.
Minaj started off the feud by calling Abraham out on how she treats her mother, and Abraham responded by saying “cause your a parent right? …”. Minaj responded by calling out Abraham’s grammar (something that all writers are happy about).
To commemorate this random but hilarious Twitter feud, take a look back at the top five celebrity Twitter feuds in the past few years:
- Zayn Malik & Naughty Boy v. Louis Tomlison
When Zayne left One Direction, I think he broke the hearts of million of girls around the world. After his departure, there was no holding back from either sides though. Things got heated when Louis Tomlison called out Naughty Boy who tweeted a photo of himself and Zayn, and captured it as “replace this”.

@Louis_Tomlinson remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine ?

While the two were once best friends, that all went straight to hell when Lady Gaga accused Hilton of stalking her at home, and Perez went on to defend himself to say that she was fake, and cruel.
Kanye never seems happy (unless he’s around his family) so it’s no surprise about the feuds that Kanye has. One major Twitter feud would be the one he against Kimmel after Kimmel spoofed his 2013 BBC interview. While Kanye appeared on his show, it was awkward to watch.
We all know TSwift loves to sing about her life, it’s no surprise that when a falling out between these two occurred – Bad Blood was released. Talking about the song for a Rolling Stones interview, Swift implied that Perry was trying to sabotage an entire arena tour, and that she also hated conflict. The day after, Perry tweeted “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing”. Since then, Swift has declared that she refuses to answer any questions on Perry.

On an appearance on the Late Show, Lawrence stated “I get Lindsay Lohan grade exhaustion, but without any drugs or alcohol”. Aliana Lohan was not impressed and tweeted her disappointment, and her support of sister, Lindsay Lohan to which Lindsay tweeted her thanks, and somehow included Maya Angelou into the mix.

When I say everyone, I legitimately mean this girl called out everyone from Rihanna, Jay-Z, Jenny McCarthy, Drake, and Perez Hilton on Twitter. For Bynes, everyone was “ugly” and she did not hold back in making sure everyone was aware of this. The most notable one would have to be Bynes vs. Rihanna. After all was said and done, Bynes also went and called Rihanna beautiful and that she would delete the tweets.
Social Media can be a great place for you to share your thoughts (Apply for Unwritten!) but it can also be a dangerous place. Things can get taken out of context, or a whole audience may misinterpret what you have said. Just remember that things stay on the internet forever, and just because you delete a tweet – it does not mean that someone else hasn’t already shared the tweet with all their friends.
