Traveling is one of the best ways to do some soul searching, meet new people, and have new experiences. Doing these things while you’re still young makes the lessons you learn that much more valuable as you grow older. After making all these new memories in so many different places, you’ll feel like a well-rounded person. Here are ten places to visit to help you achieve that goal!
1. Jelly fish lake in Palau
Getting to swim through countless jellyfish without getting stung? Yes, please! The jellyfish have lost their ability to sting because they live in a predator free environment.
2. Rio Upano in Equador
Raft through a rain forest and experience nature in its most beautiful state. There’s also a few waterfalls to see along the way!
3. Macau Tower in China
If you’re brave enough, Macau Tower is home to the second highest bungee jump in the world. It’s 764 feet high! I don’t even want to know how much taller the highest bungee jump is.
4. Boryeong, South Korea
Go in the summer and take part in the biggest mud fight the world has ever seen. The festival is complete with mud pits to throw around mud at random strangers and friends.
5. Bodo, Norway
A small town but has plenty of places to go cave exploring! If you’re there at the right time, you might even be able to get to see the northern lights!
6. The Dead Sea in Jordan
One of the most historic bodies of water on earth and one of the most beautiful no doubt!
7. The Pyramids of Giza
These pyramids are only one of the 7 ancient wonders left on earth. I’d say that’s something worth seeing ASAP.
8. Costa Rica
Zip-lining across the tree-tops will definitely be a memory that’s not easy to forget. If you have a go pro this is the perfect time to use it.
9. Taj Mahal
Let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to see the Taj Mahal before they die?
10. Barcelona, Spain
The beautiful architecture and the culture of the city will make you never want to leave. As a plus you can go see all the places the Cheetah Girls went to in Cheetah Girls 2!
Traveling the world is an experience that’s irreplaceable. Whether you do it with a friend, loved one, or just by yourself, it’s a once in a lifetime adventure. Grasp the opportunity while you can! You might regret it someday if you don’t. If money is an issue, there are so many ways to travel on a budget! Just make sure to do your research before you go.
