We’ve all seen those beautiful makeup videos on Instagram or YouTube, haven’t we? Have you watched them over and over just wishing you knew how to do your makeup like them? Well here’s a list of 10 YouTubers that will help you with your makeup game and have people looking at your Instagram like you look at those other accounts.
Tati Westbrook
This girl dedicates her entire life to beauty. She spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars on expensive and cheap beauty products just so that she can review them and tell you if it’s worth the hype or not. She doesn’t do very many makeup tutorials, but when it comes to reviews and finding out what new makeup is coming out she’s the one to subscribe to.
Amanda Ensing
Amanda is drop dead gorgeous. Her channel is primarily makeup tutorials which is amazing because you are continuously learning new techniques and styles. Her editing skills are out of this world and she is also one of the queens of nude lip colors. If you’re a girl with an olive complexion or dark hair, she is the perfect one to watch.
Manny MUA
If you love sass then you’ll love Manny. He’s funny, he swears a bit, and he’s honest as hell. When watching his videos you really feel like you’re making a new friend. His makeup looks never look the same and he uses a really great variety of products. If you’re a boy that’s into makeup you will really be able to relate with him (including the struggles of putting product over your beard) and if you’re a girl, you’ll be learning super creative makeup looks while being entertained at the same time.
Jaclyn Hill
Jaclyn Hill is one of the most popular beauty gurus on the web. She has her collab with Becca cosmetics which has given everybody the glow of their life. She’s super weird and cute all at once. One of my favourite things about her is that she teaches you so many things in every tutorial, not only things about the look she is doing in the video, but on things such as better ways to blend your eyeshadow, how baking came about, and so much more.
Nicole Guerriero
This girl knows how to slay any look. From everyday to glam makeup, she looks amazing and really teaches you how to get the exact same look. Her filming and editing skills are something to really be taken into consideration since she does it all on her own. Whether you’re waiting for the new ones to come out every week or you decide to scroll back a few years and watch those, she never lets you down with her tutorials.
Desi Perkins
If you’re looking to subscribe to a tanned goddess then Desi is definitely one of the people to go to. Her look books are absolutely killer and her tutorials are flawless. She does super clever things like hide pimples by turning them into beauty marks. So anytime you see her with a new beauty mark, you know what’s happening, but nobody else does.
Bella Fiori
Although she isn’t as well-known as the other YouTubers I have mentioned so far, her makeup tutorials are really something to look forward to. Her sense of style makes you think you need to show for a whole new wardrobe. Some of her videos include 3 different makeup looks using the same palette, so she can really show you how to get more bang for your buck.
Jamie Genevieve
If you love Scottish accents and beautiful skin then Jamie is the girl for you. She’s covered in tattoos and really entertains you while showing you new looks you can create. If there is somebody that I dreamed my skin looked half as good as, it would be her. She looks flawless with or without makeup and is 100% open about everything she does. Whether it’s Botox or lip injections, she has no shame in telling it how it is.
LustreLux
She has a series called Hot New Shit and it is simply her showing products that are brand new at Sephora and ulta and even just new products from Indi brands. She has the perfect amount of simple and really out there looks, just enough to learn how to do some wearable looks but not too many wild ones.
NikkieTutorials
If you’re a girl or guy with a much more fair skin tone, Nikkie will find the perfect products for you. She is by far one of the most creative YouTubers I have ever seen. She is able to recreate any makeup look from Kim Kardashian to Beyoncé, while adding her own little twist. And if all that hasn’t convinced you to subscribe to her yet, then watch her makeup challenge videos. Whether it’s the full face using only liquid lipsticks challenge or the full face using only kids products, she finds a way to make them look amazing.
