Champagne on ice, that’s what you like?
1. White Winter Mimosa
Ingredients: White cranberry juice, vodka, champagne, and cranberries.
Directions: Grab a champagne glass, fill one-third of it with the cranberry juice, add a splash of vodka, and top the drink with champagne. After, garnish your drink with cranberries.
2. Vanilla Cranberry Mimosa
Ingredients: Red cranberry juice, vanilla vodka, and champagne.
Directions: Put 1 ½ ounces of the vodka, and 1 ½ ounces of cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker. After shaking, pour it into a champagne glass. Top it off with your bubbly champagne.
Now onto the wine.
3. Pink Rose Floats
Ingredients: Sparkling rose, vodka, raspberry sorbet, and raspberries.
Directions: Grab a stemless wine glass and drop two scoops of sorbet into it. Add a shot of vodka and fill the rest of the glass with your sparkling wine. To make your drink look even prettier, garnish it with raspberries.
4. Winter Fruit Sangria
Ingredients: Brandy, two bottles of your favorite dry red wine, orange juice, club soda, an apple, an orange, and sugar.
Directions: In a large picture, stir together one cup of brandy, ½ a cup of sugar, and cut up orange and apple slices. Let that sit for 15 minutes. Next add the two bottles of dry-wine, ¾ cup of orange juice, and one cup of club soda. Serve over ice, sit back, and enjoy!
And now for the bubbly dessert.
5. Champagne Cupcakes
Ingredients: A box of your favorite cupcake mix, and a bottle of champagne. Easy right?
Directions: Preheat your oven to 350°. In a large bowl mix your cupcake mix with 1 ½ cups of champagne. Pour the mixture into a cupcake tray and bake however long the back of your package says.
As a bonus here is how to make a champagne frosting. All you need is ¼ champagne, 2 cups of powdered sugar, ½ tsp of vanilla extract and ½ tsp of salt, and 1 cup of unsalted and softened butter. Mix it all together and put the icing on top of your cupcakes when they are cool.
On your next girls night, try making these and see which one your favorite is! Good luck.
