Which ‘My Little Pony’ Is Your Spirit Animal, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

I have a confession to make: I am a “brony.”  I love watching My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic with my two daughters. So, in the spirit of my love for MLP and for all my fellow bronies out there, here’s a breakdown of what pony you are, based on your zodiac sign.

Aries (March 21-April 19): Rainbow Dash

Courageous and competitive, Rainbow Dash constantly accepts challenges while also showing off her strength and flying skills. Aries are no strangers to speed and occasional turbulence, and neither is this pony, who spends much of her time pushing clouds and making Sonic Rainbooms. Like the typical Aries, she is often the most energetic and enthusiastic of the “Mane 6.”

Taurus (April 20-May 20): Applejack

Applejack is the most practical and grounded pony in Ponyville. She is a typical Taurus; loyal not only to her friends, but also family. Also, in true Bull fashion, Applejack is stubborn to a fault, sometimes letting her pride get the better of her. Applejack takes pride in both her work and words.

Gemini (May 21-June 20): Pinky Pie

Witty and fun-loving, Geminis are social creatures who spread joy and laughter, just like Pinky Pie. Though Pinky Pie’s life is mostly full of pranks and puns, she is also inquisitive. Just like a surprise party, nobody quite knows what will happen next when Pinky Pie, or any Gemini, is in the barn.

Cancer (June 21-July 22): Trixie

The “Great and Powerful” Trixie is quite selfish and insecure, and uses her magic to assert power and fear. Trixie first appears to be villainous and overwhelmingly tenacious, but I promise, dear Cancers, she’s not the worst pony to resemble. Trixie eventually shows her sentimental side to everypony and mends ties.

Leo (July 23-August 22): Princess Celestia

Ruler of all of Equestria, Princess Celestia is a natural leader, just like Leos. Though she’s inflexible with rules and decorum, Celestia is warm-hearted, humorous, and passionate. She, like many Leos, is a compassionate, creative mentor…  to Twilight Sparkle.

Virgo (August 23-September 22): Big Macintosh

Methodical and hard-working, Big Macintosh tends to say little but show his big heart through actions. Virgos are kind and loyal, and Big Mac lives up to these qualities, which the Apple family prides itself on. Practical and shy (typical Virgo behavior), Big Mac shows that even the quietest characters can win over hearts.

Libra (September 23-October 22): Twilight Sparkle

It’s no surprise that Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship and the leader of the “Mane 6,” represents Libras. Intelligent yet indecisive, Twilight Sparkle relies on her massive library and friends to save Equestria from peril. She, like  sign of the scales, strives for harmony and cooperation.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21): Princess Luna

The mysterious princess of the night, Princess Luna perfectly exemplifies all that Scorpios embody. Others sometimes see stubborn, assertive Princess Luna as distant and dark, though any Scorpio knows that it takes time to become comfortable around others. Her leadership qualities, just like any Scorpio, include determination, resourcefulness, and transformation.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): Apple Bloom

Apple Bloom is the youngest of the Apple family and is one of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Apple Bloom (along with any Sagittarius) can be impatient and tactless, but is that always a bad thing? She is also hilarious and often gets into incredibly humorous situations while also being generous and enthusiastic always.  

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Rarity

With an eye for fashion and excellent craftsmanship, Rarity is the pony example of Capricorns. Though seemingly cold and condescending at first, Rarity is a loving friend with a kind heart. She is realistic, responsible, and disciplined, working hard to make sure everypony looks their best.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18): Princess Cadance

Princess Cadance is a reserved visionary who  co-rules The Crystal Empire. Aquarius tend to be temperamental, so can this young princess. Her history of foal-sitting, her marriage to Twilight Sparkle’s brother, and her royal ties allow her to be progressive and humanitarian. Princess Cadance, along with any Aquarius, is a beauty and a true delight.

Pisces (February 19-March 20): Fluttershy

Sweet, gentle Fluttershy works as a companion to all animals. Like the fish sign she represents, she is selfless and compassionate. Fluttershy shows her artistic qualities both in her own singing and organizing animal musicians.  Pisces can sometimes be fearful and shy, as can this cute little filly. When necessary, though, Fluttershy finds inner strength and determination.

If you don’t feel this list accurately matched you with the right filly or foal, don’t lose heart: there’s always other wonderful ponies available like Cheese Sandwich. Remember, every pony is unique, you just have to figure out your cutie mark.

  10. As a libra I think twilight sparkle represents me, at first I was shocked seeing that she was a libra instead of a Virgo, but, when asking my friends they said twilight suited me the most. Thanks for this :)))

  11. i got fluttershy? im like the polar opposite of her lol, im loud obnoxious crazy and agressive or like ambitious i guess
