Although audiences are still not sure what to expect in season 3, since the trailer was super retro and basically an advertisement for a super cool 80’s mall, Starcourt in Hawkins. Perhaps, the best part of this “Stranger Things” trailer is Steve Harrington. It’s unclear when the new season will be available for streaming.
We do know the season started filming on April 27th of this year.

It is rumored that the show has already been renewed for both seasons 3 and 4. It is no surprise considering all the shows recent Emmy nominations.

What does this trailer mean for the highly-anticipated third season? By the looks of it, Steve Harrington may have ditched his babysitting day job for something less adventurous. Who’s knows if this will be a focal point of the new season or just something to keep the fans interested! Some fans already took to Twitter to speculate what they think will happen in the new season:
every day is a day closer to stranger things 3

My guess was wrong. I thought season 3 of Stranger Things would come out at least next spring, not next summer.

It is rumored that season 3 will be even darker then the last two. In a recent interview, Sean Leavy, the show’s executive producer and director implied that there will be lots of references and inspiration to 1985. If you haven’t watched the first two seasons, it looks like you’ll have plenty of time to catch up before the new season, which is coming Summer 2019.
