If you’re new to the world of manifestation, there are a lot of terms being thrown around, and it can be confusing to know where to start. Today we’re diving into “the 3D” and what it actually means in manifestation.
The 3D refers to your current physical realityyou can see, touch, and experience. It’s the world around you, reflecting everything you’ve believed, felt, and focused on in the past. You’re in your 3D at this very moment. Think of it as a mirror showing you a snapshot of all the thoughts and beliefs you once held.
When it comes to the 3D, it’s your subconscious beliefs and past thoughts that shape it, often with a bit of a delay as these older thoughts manifest into your reality. So, if you’re actively working to change your beliefs or desires, the 3D might still reflect those old thoughts until the new ones take hold.
Let me explain the 3D with a manifestation situation that I experienced:
I recently saw a guy that I really like. We’ve known each other for years, and I want us to take the next step. Leading up to seeing him, I kept affirming things like, “___ thinks I’m beautiful,” “____ loves spending time with me,” and “____ remembers the tiny details about me.” When we finally met, he acted like a brand-new person! His focus was on me; he remembered things I didn’t even expect him to remember, and it was clear that my positive beliefs were reflected in my reality.
A few weeks later, my thoughts shifted. I started doubting myself, overthinking, and wondering if he had a girlfriend. When I saw him again, he was distant, distracted, and not nearly as engaged. It was a completely different experience than the time when I manifested his attention.
I now understand that this shift was due to my thoughts. When I was confident and sure of myself, he was too. But when I was insecure, he mirrored that as well.
Your thoughts control your 3D, babe.
Your reality reflects everything that you think. But here’s the thing: what you see in the 3D right now isn’t the end-all, be-all. Your current reality is based on your old thoughts. So, when you start thinking differently, those old beliefs have to fade away somewhere, and they often still appear in your 3D for a little while.
That’s when 4D comes in. It’s basically the space in your mind where you imagine, intend, and manifest.
So, what about the 3D? It’s old news. It’s simply past thoughts and beliefs playing out in your current reality, like echoes of things you once believed. You can’t let what’s happening in the 3D discourage you or make you doubt yourself. It’s not the real story—it’s just the last chapter replaying itself.
That’s why you want to focus on the 4D. The 4D is your inner world: your imagination, beliefs, intentions, and current all the thoughts you’re choosing right now. It’s where you create your future by manifesting what you desire. When you stay focused on the 4D, letting it become your new normal, the 3D eventually has no choice but to catch up.
So remember, you have the power to shape your reality with manifestation. Anything you desire is possible when you put your trust in your beliefs. You have to keep choosing to see your world through the lens of your 4D vision. Let the old thoughts fade away, hold on to what you truly want, and watch as the 3D aligns with your intentions.
